Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting HIA Trading Co. We take care of every order from packing to delivery, treating your product the way we'd want our own handled.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM CT, weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves our shop.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Tracking is included with every order.
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 2–5 business days
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 1–3 business days
PACKAGING
Every order is packed with care:
- Sealed product is wrapped to prevent crushing and bending
- Individual packs include a complimentary penny sleeve and toploader
- Packages are sealed in bubble mailers or boxes appropriate to the order size
- High-value orders ship with extra protection at no additional cost
TRACKING & DELIVERY
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the USPS system.
If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@hiatradingco.com and we will investigate immediately.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We take responsibility for our packaging at the time it leaves our facility. If your order arrives damaged in transit, the following process applies:
1. Do NOT open the sealed product or remove items from the original packaging
2. Take clear photos of:
• The outer shipping package (all sides)
• The shipping label
• The damage as it appears upon arrival
• The sealed product still inside the packaging
3. Email info@hiatradingco.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed.
Damage claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Damage caused by the carrier may be eligible for replacement, refund, or USPS insurance claim assistance. Damage that appears to have occurred after delivery, or that involves opened or tampered product, is not eligible for refund or replacement.
For lost packages confirmed by USPS tracking, we will assist with the USPS claim process. Replacements or refunds are issued once USPS has confirmed the package as lost or non-deliverable.
Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, the order is considered fulfilled. HIA Trading Co. is not responsible for packages stolen or missing after confirmed delivery.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided on the order. If you need to update an address before your order ships, contact us immediately at info@hiatradingco.com — once a package has shipped, we cannot change the destination.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
