Returns Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales at HIA Trading Co. are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

This policy protects every customer by ensuring the integrity of every sealed product we ship. Sealed Pokémon and trading card products cannot be returned because there is no way to verify that the product has not been opened, weighed, searched, or altered after leaving our facility.

ORDER ACCURACY

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete due to an error on our part, we will make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hiatradingco.com with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged in transit, please refer to our Shipping Policy for the damage claim process and required documentation. Damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence showing the damaged outer packaging AND the unopened sealed product inside.

Damage claims involving opened or tampered product are not eligible for refund or replacement.

LOST PACKAGES

For packages confirmed as lost or non-deliverable by USPS tracking, please refer to our Shipping Policy for the claim process. Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, the order is considered fulfilled. HIA Trading Co. is not responsible for packages stolen or missing after confirmed delivery.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
