GENERAL

Q: What does HIA Trading Co. sell?
A: We specialize in sealed Pokémon TCG product, including booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), booster boxes, and special collections. Every product we sell is sourced directly from authorized distributors or verified retailers.

Q: Is your product authentic?
A: Yes. We only sell authentic, factory-sealed Pokémon TCG product. We do not deal in counterfeit, repackaged, or weighed product. Every item ships in the same sealed condition we received it.

Q: Are you affiliated with The Pokémon Company or Nintendo?
A: No. HIA Trading Co. is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK Inc. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

ORDERING

Q: Do you have purchase limits?
A: Yes. To keep product available to as many customers as possible, we enforce purchase limits on high-demand items. Limits are noted on each product listing. Orders that exceed posted limits may be canceled or refunded at our discretion.

Q: How do I know when new product is available?
A: Follow us on Instagram @halfinchpulls and Whatnot @halfinchpulls for new product announcements, restocks, and live show schedules. You can also sign up for our newsletter at hiatradingco.com.

Q: Do you offer pre-orders?
A: Pre-orders for upcoming sets may be made available on a case-by-case basis. When offered, pre-order details including expected ship dates will be clearly listed on the product page.

Q: Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
A: Orders placed separately are shipped separately. If you would like to combine orders, contact us at info@hiatradingco.com immediately after placing your second order and before either has shipped. We cannot guarantee combination but will do our best.

PAYMENT

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant and uses industry-standard encryption. We never see or store your full payment information.

Q: When am I charged?
A: Payment is captured at the time you complete checkout.

SHIPPING

Q: How long until my order ships?
A: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the USPS system.

PRODUCT

Q: Is the product searched or weighed?
A: No. We sell sealed product exactly as received from our suppliers. We do not weigh, search, or alter product in any way.

Q: Why is some product priced above MSRP?
A: Trading card product pricing reflects current market conditions including demand, scarcity, and our cost from suppliers. We price competitively based on the current market and stand behind every product we sell.

Q: Do you sell singles or graded cards?
A: Our website focuses on sealed product. We sell singles and graded cards through Whatnot live shows, eBay, and other platforms. Follow @halfinchpulls on Instagram for show schedules.

Q: Do you grade cards or offer grading services?
A: We do not offer grading services. We recommend PSA, BGS, or CGC for professional grading.

RETURNS

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: All sales are final. Due to the nature of trading card products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged outer packaging and unopened sealed product. See our Shipping Policy for the full damage claim process.
